What do you do then? Things you use are breaking down. You may or may not be able to fix them. If something is wrong, it\u2019s time to act. But what if you can\u2019t fix it?\u00a0<br><br>The Serenity Prayer says, \u201cGod, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.\u201d We agree that it is important to differentiate between what can be changed and what cannot.\u00a0<br><br>The SfI-Practice is a tool to use when either you cannot change something or after you have made a plan to change something that needs changing. In either of these cases, it\u2019s time to do the practice. Shift your focus to what is positive now.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>It\u2019s hard to get people to put their feelings ahead of their accomplishments or other people\u2019s judgements, but that is what we are asking people to do. Do the best you can. Accept it.
