When two or more people share positive moments, that makes the mood of the engagement more positive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start off any interpersonal interaction on a positive note, participants take turns sharing positive moments (PMs) and possibly also subjective strengths. Interactions that begin this way are characterized by feelings of trust and closeness between or among participants. The atmosphere of positivity creates opportunities for exploring how individual strengths might be relevant to the goals of the organization or within the relationship.
